Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Lisp Technologies, we strive to provide the best possible services and products to our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are accepted.

1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at contact@lisptechnologies.com Please note: Some software packages may include both paid and non-paid content. If any paid content has been accessed or opened, the cancellation request will be considered invalid, and the order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Product/service not delivered due to technical or operational reasons.
• Duplicate transaction was made by mistake.
• Product/service delivered was materially defective or not as described.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain digital products, customized solutions, or services once rendered are non-refundable. Any such condition will be clearly specified before purchase.
